Featured Video: Doobie Brothers
The Doobs are one of my favorite bands of the seventies, I saw them several times. I remember paying an exorbitant amount of money at a concert for a shirt – a baseball warm-up style, gray, with blue sleeves. I wore that for years, and wore it out. My favorite Doobie was a guitar player named Jeff “Skunk” Baxter. He also played with Steely Dan (could there be any better credentials for a rock guitarist?). He plays on the following video. It’s unusual to find actual seventies concert video that you can actually see, so this is pretty decent quality.
