It’s Back…
I just had an unpleasant look back into the past. The irritability and anger that has been successfully suppressed for the last several years showed up again tonight. Actually, it’s been showing up a little bit here and there recently. It’s nowhere close to as bad as it was, I credit a heightened level of self-awareness and a Lamotrigine prescription for that. But it was still scary and disturbing.
